It’s $149 per year for your entire company, with unlimited drivers and users. You can also choose three years for $299.

Random pool management, quarterly random selections, recordkeeping, a company-branded Drug & Alcohol Policy, an enrollment certificate, supervisor training, and audit assistance. Individual tests and optional services are billed separately.

Yes. The $60 includes collection, laboratory testing, MRO review, and administration. There are no additional collection-site fees for a standard test ordered through our participating network.

An alcohol test is $60 separately. If you order both a standard drug test and an alcohol test, the total is $120.

An observed drug test costs $100: the standard $60 test plus a $40 observation fee. Return-to-duty and follow-up drug tests are observed.

No. There are no roster fees. If a driver needs a pre-employment test, the test is billed separately.

Your membership benefits are locked in for the three-year term. Individual testing prices are not locked in.

Yes. Annual memberships renew automatically on the anniversary of your enrollment date unless you arrange otherwise with us.

There are no setup fees, cancellation penalties, or separate long-term contract. The three-year membership is prepaid and non-refundable if you cancel before the term ends.

Contact us promptly after you notice the renewal charge. We can help cancel the membership and arrange a refund for the recent renewal.

Yes. You can replace the card on file at any time, including before your next renewal.

No. Testing is invoiced monthly. Tests ordered during the current month appear on an invoice emailed during approximately the first week of the following month.

Our service fee is $5 per query. You must also purchase queries directly from the FMCSA Clearinghouse and maintain an available query balance in your account. The $5 fee does not include the FMCSA query cost.

Yes. Our Clearinghouse query service is completely optional. You can continue running your own queries and upload the results into Trucking Hub to track when annual queries are due. You can also use our service only when you need help.
